Experience: Real Estate transactions of all nature, as well as related commercial law. Operations linked to financing such as mortgages, escrows and trusts (guaranty and administration). Legal Counsel to some of the most important developers in Costa Rica, in relation to high end real estate projects, such as residential projects, condominiums, and tourism related developments. Legal Counsel to foreign developers involved in residential and commercial projects in zones with high growth rate. Currently in charge of the legal part of the Residential Mortgage Program of one of the most important private banks in Costa Rica.
